We have no hidden fees or costs, and if you decide to upgrade to a different level of service at any point then we will take the value of any fees that you have already paid off the final price. These fees do not include any payments to the Home Office or other required disbursements. VAT is not charged.
A consultation to understand your situation, answer your specific questions and check your application and documents prior to submission. Following your consultation we will provide you with an advice letter reiterating our advice to you, including a checklist of documents that you require for your specific application. You will submit your application yourself; VisaCheck UK does not formally represent you under this service option.
If you are not ready to submit your application just yet but require initial guidance on the rules and requirements of your visa route, we can split this process into a one-off advice consultation and, if required, a follow-up consultation to finish your application process.
If you don't have the time for a consultation and application check, or just want to discuss your situation with us and receive some initial advice, we can do this in a convenient phone call or video conference at a time that suits you. The formal advice letter or document checklist is not included in this service.
If you would like us to handle your entire application, full representation and document handling is our most comprehensive service.
As part of the full representation, we will fill out your application form with you, review your documents, compile and send your application ourselves. We will also send a letter of recommendation to UKVI outlining how you meet the requirements of your visa. This service includes free follow-up appointments until your visa application has been decided and resolved.
We will advise additional family members or partners at two-thirds (66%) of our typical service rates.
These applications are split into two parts: a) assessing your company and any individuals that you wish to sponsor for eligibility and then submitting an application for a sponsor licence, and b) applying for a certificate of sponsorship for the individual(s) and submitting their Tier 2 applications to the Home Office. Our fixed fees cover all advice, meetings and communication with the Home Office throughout the entire process, regardless of timeframes or complexity.
This is a one-off process for a company to obtain a Sponsor Licence. Our advice encompasses assessing your company's suitability in line with Home Office guidelines, assessing the particular roles that are intended for sponsorship, satisfying the requirements to advertise the role to the market, preparing and then submitting the application on your behalf. Once this process has been completed, it will not need to be repeated for multiple sponsorships.
This process involves applying for a Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship (RCOS), assigning the RCOS to the individual and submitting the Tier 2 application on behalf of the employee. This process needs to be repeated for each individual who requires sponsorship.
